Wendy L. Prince is a member of the Board of Directors and the Managing Member of Herzfeld + Rubin. Her practice is focused on the defense of high exposure cases in the areas of toxic tort, lead poisoning, Legionnaires’ disease, labor law and premises liability in both state and federal court. Ms. Prince also represents clients in real estate litigation. Her clients include municipal agencies, insurance companies and property owners.
Ms. Prince’s vast experience enables her to provide valuable insight and advice regarding litigation strategies, financial exposure and anticipated costs. Working closely with her clients, Ms. Prince develops and executes an aggressive, focused and practical litigation approach to best serve their interests and goals. In addition to her direct caseload, Ms. Prince also supervises a team of attorneys handling complex and general liability cases from inception through trial.
