Sue C. Jacobs represents parties in insurance coverage disputes, bad faith and defense litigation, including professional malpractice. She also counsels a leading real estate developer and management company in all aspects of coverage and litigation. Ms. Jacobs is a frequent lecturer about insurance coverage and has been an expert witness.
Ms. Jacobs was the columnist for Professional Liability Insurance for the New York Law Journal from 1992—2017. She is a member of the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel.
