Homer B. Ramsey focuses his practice on class actions, multi-district litigation, and high stakes/high profile individual litigation matters. He is an expert in product-related litigation, serving as United States product-related class action counsel to the Volkswagen group of companies, as well as regional product liability and warranty-related counsel to Audi, Daimler, Mercedes-Benz, NuVasive, Nissan, Orthofix, Subaru, Volkswagen and other prominent manufacturers and distributors of machinery, appliances, medical implants, automobiles and other products.
