Heather Janis Gaw focuses on high exposure cases involving toxic torts, lead poisoning, premises liability, negligent security, product liability, wrongful death, labor law, and construction accidents.

Ms. Gaw has particular experience focusing on mass toxic tort litigation, representing Fortune 500 automotive manufacturers, HVAC corporations and manufacturers of building and construction materials. She has also represented multiple defendants in the World Trade Center Disaster Site Litigation.

In addition to her work as an attorney, Ms. Gaw has been a board member of BVS Women’s Choir, a not-for-profit community choir based in Brooklyn, New York since 2013. She has performed with BVS Women’s Choir nationally.
