Wendy L. Prince joined Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C. in 1992
and became a Member of the firm in 1999. Her legal practice
focuses on the defense of property owners in toxic tort, lead
poisoning, labor law and premises liability lawsuits as well as
general negligence. She has more than 20 years of experience and
supervises a team of attorneys whose practices are devoted to
handling general negligence, complex and high exposure
litigation venued in the five boroughs of New York City.
Ms. Prince is admitted to practice in the state courts of New
York and Massachusetts, as well as the federal courts of the
Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She received her
J.D. degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and
attained her B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
