Samuil Buschkin has been working closely with and advocating the interests of
several leading vehicle manufacturers from Germany. He currently concentrates on
products liability, class actions and commercial litigation.
Prior to that, Mr. Buschkin worked in the claims area of a major commercial
insurance carrier, handling complex environmental claims.
Mr. Buschkin is admitted to practice in the courts of New York, New Jersey and
the District of Columbia. He was raised in Germany as a native Russian and
German speaker. He received his J.D. in 2005 from Syracuse University College of
Law where he was a Senior Editor for the Syracuse Journal of International
Law and Commerce. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Administration
from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating with honors, for which he
spent several years in Montreux, Switzerland. Mr. Buschkin has managed hotels
and various other businesses and understands well the needs and priorities of
corporate clients.
