Regain Bushkanets is an associate with the New York
office of Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C. Her practice focuses on
premises liability litigation representing the New York City
Housing Authority. Prior to joining Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C.,
Ms. Bushkanets practiced as an associate at Wilson Elser
Moskowitz Edelman and Dicker, LLP where she focused on
medical malpractice litigation. She previously served as an
Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York,
Office of the Corporation Counsel, where she represented the
City in general tort litigation. Ms. Bushkanets graduated
from Binghamton University (cum laude, B.A., 1998) and
Brooklyn Law School (cum laude, J.D., 2001). She is admitted
to practice in the State of New York and in the Southern and
Eastern Districts of New York.
