Peter J. Kurshan is an experienced
and well-seasoned attorney specializing in all aspects of civil
litigation. He has extensive experience in business and
corporate matters and has represented client interests ranging
from those of large multi-national corporations to individuals
and sole proprietorships in the Courts of both New York and New
Jersey. Clients are repeatedly drawn to his personal attention

When Mr. Kurshan is not involved in client

generally been attorney ethics and recent topics presented have
