Natalie Lefkowitz specializes in complex litigation
involving claims of catastrophic personal injury and property
damage. Her focus is on lawsuits arising from products
liability, negligence and warranty claims against Fortune 100
companies including designers and manufacturers of automobiles
and consumer products. She also has expertise in commercial
matters, including representation of federal savings banks in
claims arising under statutes governing debt collection and
credit reporting practices. In addition, Ms. Lefkowitz
supervises the work of other law firms in connection with an
array of complex litigation matters. She also counsels insurance
companies on liability coverage issues.
Ms. Lefkowitz, a New York City native, is admitted to
practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, as well
as the United States District Court in the Southern and Eastern
Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. In 1997,
she received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, after a brief
teaching career. She is proud to have represented the same
clients throughout her eleven years with Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C.
Ms. Lefkowitz has a personal interest in animal welfare issues
and relevant legislation on state and national levels.
