Michael Gallub is member of Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C. specializing in complex litigation. He represents major foreign and domestic corporations in class action, multi-district and individual litigation involving commercial, products liability, environmental, consumer and employment related matters. For more than twenty years, he has represented defendants and plaintiffs in all phases of litigation and appeals in federal and state courts in New York and other states. Mr. Gallub is known for his vigorous, creative and successful representation of a diverse clientele in catastrophic damage and “bet the company” litigation. He is recognized as a uniquely versatile and effective advocate who has both defended companies and represented plaintiffs in matters involving substantial injuries/damages and highly sensitive issues. He is regularly consulted by clients and attorneys on complicated legal and strategic issues.

Mr. Gallub has been privileged to represent corporate and individual clients, and insurers, in a wide variety of business and commercial, products liability, environmental, construction, employment, professional malpractice, premises liability, insurance and motor vehicle litigation. He provides each client with individual attention and diligence, achieving the client’s goals in a manner that is both cost-effective and sensitive to its needs. He is a published author in the areas of litigation and products liability. His articles have been cited by trial and appellate courts throughout the country. In addition to his broad litigation and class action practice, Mr. Gallub has successfully represented many of the major auto manufacturers in complex products liability, warranty and consumer matters. His track record of success includes litigation involving foreign and domestic designers, manufacturers and distributors of trucks, other types of vehicles and component parts, industrial machinery, heavy equipment, and consumer and household products.

Mr. Gallub has been a lecturer at several law schools. He has been given the highest peer review rating by the Martindale-Hubbell directory of attorneys, and has been selected as a New York “Super Lawyer” by his peers.
