Moshe Balter was born in Haifa, Israel.
He is the senior partner of Balter, Guth Aloni & Co., one of the largest law firms in Israel with four branches throughout Israel in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa and Tiberias, of which Herzfeld & Rubin are affiliated.
