Les Williams has successfully assisted national and
international clients in defending complex lawsuits sounding
in strict products liability, negligence and breach of
warranty in state and federal courts throughout the United
States including Alabama, Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware,
Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky,
Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota,
Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina,
Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah,
Washington and West Virginia.
Les has been involved in product liability lawsuits
involving motor vehicles and toxic torts, and class action
lawsuits involving motor vehicles. He has intimately been
involved in defense preparation including service of process
issues, jurisdictional issues, discovery battles, Apex
deposition requests, defense strategy, trial preparation and
trial. Les has knowledge and experience regarding
cross-border discovery management and national litigation
coordination.
Les graduated from Fordham University in 1971 and Touro
College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1984.
