Laurie Di Preta

Laurie Di Preta specializes in complex litigation. She has over twenty years of experience and has successfully represented litigants in claims against pharmaceutical and other major corporations. Her areas of expertise include mass tort, product liability, employment discrimination, medical malpractice, general liability defense, as well as commercial matters including contract, professional liability, healthcare litigation and civil RICO.

Ms. Di Preta is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She received a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and a B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Albany. She is a member of the New York State Women’s Bar Association.
