Linda M. Brown

Since joining H&R 25 years ago, Linda has authored hundreds of
appellate briefs and motions on all substantive areas of civil
law, including products liability, municipal law, premises
liability, personal injury, commercial litigation and insurance
coverage issues. Linda has written amicus curiae briefs for the
United States Supreme Court and for New York State’s highest
Court, the New York Court of Appeals. Linda also interacts with
