Linda M. Brown is a member of the firm and specializes
in appellate practice. Since joining H&R 25 years ago, Linda has
authored hundreds of appellate briefs and motions on all
substantive areas of civil law, including products liability,
municipal law, premises liability, personal injury, commercial
litigation and insurance coverage issues. Linda has written
amicus curiae briefs for the United States Supreme Court and for
New York State’s highest Court, the New York Court of Appeals.
Linda also interacts with H&R’s litigation attorneys on matters
involving legal analysis and research, such as motions for
summary judgment or trial memoranda of law, to assure a
favorable result in the trial court.

Linda, who is a graduate of the University of Rochester,

Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She is a member of
