Linda M. Brown is a member of the firm and specializes in appellate practice. Since joining H&R 20 years ago, Linda has authored hundreds of appellate briefs and motions on all substantive areas of civil law, including products liability, municipal law, premises liability, personal injury, commercial litigation and insurance coverage issues. Linda has written several amicus curiae briefs for New York State’s highest Court, the New York Court of Appeals. Linda also interacts with H&R’s litigation attorneys on matters involving legal analysis and research, such as motions for summary judgment or trial memorandum of law, to assure a favorable result in the trial court.

Linda, who is a graduate of the University of Rochester, received her Juris Doctor degree from Fordham School of Law. She is a member of the New York bar and is admitted to practice as well in the United States Supreme Court, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
