Kate D. Spinelli is an associate in the New York office. Her
practice is devoted entirely to litigation matters, concentrating in
products liability law, labor law/construction site accidents, premises
liability, and personal injury defense.
Kate received her law degree in 2004 from Brooklyn Law School. She earned
her bachelor of arts degree in communications from Boston College in 2001,
during which time she spent a semester abroad in Barcelona, Spain. Kate is
admitted to practice before the New York and New Jersey state courts, as
well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York,
Eastern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
