Joseph Schwartz is an associate in the New York office of Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C. He practices in the firm’s litigation group. Joseph is admitted to practice before the New York and New Jersey state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Schwartz earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2010. While at BLS, Joseph was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society in both the trial and appellate divisions. Additionally, Joseph was the vice president of the Brooklyn Law School Real Estate Society. In his first year of law school, Joseph was awarded the CALI Award for Future Excellence in Legal Writing II (Moot Court).
Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in Business Management and Marketing from Touro College in 2006. Upon graduation, Joseph received the Touro College Award for Outstanding Excellence for the Marketing department.
