Since her admission to the bar, Jodi has been involved in
the national supervision of products liability, toxic tort
and warranty cases involving personal injury and property
damage, and has been actively involved in the development of
strategy and tactics for an international vehicle
manufacturer in national asbestos friction products
litigation. She has also actively litigated products
liability, warranty and other personal injury and property
damage cases in the New York metropolitan area. She has
worked on regulatory matters involving the National Highway
Traffic Safety Administration and various state motor
vehicle agencies, particularly with respect to
manufacturer-dealer issues, and has participated in
continuing legal education presentations involving toxic
torts and the Transportation Recall Enhancement
Accountability and Documentation (“TREAD”) Act.
Jodi, who is a 1997 Long Island University Graduate, has a
J.D. from New York Law School (2002) and has been admitted
to the New York bar and the Southern and Eastern Districts
of New York. She is a member of the New York State and New
York City Bar Associations.
