Howard Wexler is a highly recognized and accomplished
litigator, particularly regarding catastrophic injury or
very complicated lawsuits. He has received notoriety for
pursuing unique, challenging and complex matters on
behalf of both the largest companies in the world and
injured or aggrieved people. He has successfully tried
many mufti-million dollar controversies. Howard has
received Martindale Hubbell's highest peer review rating
and has been declared a New York "Super Lawyer", in 2006
and 2007.
He is a diverse litigator, having been involved in
lawsuits throughout the United States, covering a broad
array of matters. His main. areas of practice include
personal injury claims of any type and commercial
controversies involving real estate, employment,
administrative and insurance issues. He is known for his
creativity, practical sense and cost effective case
handling. He is in charge of the firm's case Intake
Committee.
Howard regularly litigates claims involving products
liability, medical malpractice, other professional
malpractice, class actions and consumer related matters
which call upon his scientific and technological
background. He has previously served as a New York State
Supreme Court medical malpractice panelist. |
