Homer Ramsey specializes in complex litigation, with a
proficiency in high exposure, catastrophic injury and high profile cases.
His expertise includes products liability, personal injury, class action,
commercial and other complicated matters, including defect cases involving
manufacturers, distributors, dealers and insurers of vehicles and consumer
products. For many years, he has been working closely with and advocating
the interests of several leading vehicle manufacturers from Germany, Italy,
Japan and the United States. In addition, he is recognized for his
aggressive representation of, and strategic counsel to, a wide array of
individual and corporate entities in complex personal injury and
catastrophic damage actions involving a diverse gamut of exigent legal
issues.
Mr. Ramsey is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New
Jersey, as well as the federal courts of the Southern District of New York,
Eastern District of New York and District of New Jersey. He received his
J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School, attained his B.S. degree in Finance
from Binghamton University, and is a graduate of the Bronx High School of
Science. By drawing upon his training and experience in science, business
and law, he tackles and resolves complicated and challenging lawsuits in a
resourceful, innovative and cost-effective manner.
