Homer Ramsey is a member of Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C. with expertise in complex and challenging litigation. He is recognized for his aggressive representation of and strategic counsel to a broad array of corporate, municipal and individual clients in high exposure, catastrophic injury/damages and high profile cases. His main areas of practice include products liability, personal injury, commercial, consumer protection and class action litigation, although he is also called upon to prosecute and defend many other types of lawsuits involving multifaceted issues and requiring innovative solutions. For many years, Mr. Ramsey has been working closely with and advocating the interests of leading product manufacturers from Germany, Italy, Japan and the United States. He has extensive experience in both defending companies and representing plaintiffs in complex matters encompassing a wide range of legal issues and sensitive topics. He is regularly consulted by clients and attorneys regarding thorny and atypical issues and strategies.
Mr. Ramsey is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the federal courts of the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and District of New Jersey. Bred and educated in New York, he is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Binghamton University and the Bronx High School of Science. By drawing upon his skills and experience in science, business and law, he tackles and resolves complicated and challenging lawsuits in a resourceful, innovative and cost-effective manner.
