Homer B. Ramsey represents and counsels a wide array of
corporate, municipal and individual clients in complex
litigation, with a proficiency in high exposure,
catastrophic injury and high profile cases. His expertise
encompasses products liability, commercial, real estate and
personal injury litigation, including defect cases involving
manufacturers, distributors, dealers and insurers of
vehicles and consumer products. For many years, Mr. Ramsey
has been working closely with and advocating the interests
of several leading vehicle manufacturers from Germany,
Italy, Japan and the United States. In addition, he
regularly handles complicated personal injury matters
involving a diverse gamut of substantive law.
Mr. Ramsey is admitted to practice in the courts of New York
and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts
for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of
New York and District of New Jersey. He is a graduate of the
Bronx High School of Science; received his B.S. degree in
Finance from Binghamton University; and attained his J.D.
degree from Brooklyn Law School. By drawing upon his
training and experience in science, business and law, Mr.
Ramsey tackles and resolves complex and challenging lawsuits
in a resourceful, innovative and cost-effective manner.
