Howard Edinburgh has substantial experience in trials and appeals in New York State and Federal Courts, including the United States Supreme Court. He has engaged in all facets of product liability litigation, including trials, depositions, pre-trial discovery, substantive and dispositive motions, all Court conferences and appearances. Howard has extensive involvement in automotive product liability litigation, industrial machinery accidents; construction accidents, labor law claims, flammable fabrics cases and drug litigation. Howard has case management supervision in overseeing the defense of personal injury litigation for insurance companies. He has counseled corporate clients engaged in the manufacture of automobiles, trucks, construction equipment, power presses, pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices. Howard has also counseled insurers and government agencies involved in complex insurance coverage issues. He has litigated insurance coverage issues involving disputes between major casualty and employers’ liability insurers. Howard has extensive experience involving jurisdictional issues concerning multi-national corporations. Howard is also member of the firm’s plaintiff’s personal injury group and has successfully litigated on behalf of plaintiffs, product liability, labor law and complex negligence cases.
