Gisella Levi Caroti is a member of Herzfeld & Rubin.
P.C., in New York. She has been practicing corporate and
commercial law with the firm for twenty years representing
European clients doing business in the United States. Mrs.
Caroti is a member of the New York, Connecticut, and Italian
bars, and a graduate of New York University School of Law
and the University of Milan, Italy.
Before coming to the United States, Mrs. Caroti practiced
corporate and commercial law in Italy for eleven years as a
partner of Studio Levi in Milan. She maintains an office in
Milan, and spends part of her time in Italy consulting with
clients and speaking at Bar Associations and Trade
Organizations in Italy.
Mrs. Caroti’s experience as an international lawyer in the
law of both civil law and common law countries, and her
knowledge of the English, Italian and French languages, have
proven to be an invaluable asset in consulting and assisting
European clients doing business in the US, as well as
American companies doing business in Italy.
Mrs. Caroti is a member of the International Bar Association
and the Union Internationale des Avocats. She is also a Vice
President of AIGLI, the International Association of Italian
Speaking Lawyers located in Milan.
Mrs. Caroti has been awarded the highest ability rating of “AV”(Very
High to Preminent) by the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell Law
Directory based upon confidential opinions from lawyers and
judges in the American legal community.
