Fred W. Rauskolb, III is a member of the New York
office of Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C. Mr. Rauskolb’s practice focuses
on Administrative Law, Automotive Litigation, Personal Injury,
Litigation and Products Liability.
Mr. Rauskolb received his bachelor’s degree in Political
Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 1967. He is a
graduate of New York University School of Law, where he was a
staff member and later editor-in-chief of the New York
University Journal of International Law and Politics.
Mr. Rauskolb was admitted to practice in the State of New
York in 1971. He is fluent in
German, having spent approximately 3 years as a student at Salem
schools on the Lake of Constance.
He has lectured and presented internationally for many years
on products liability, discovery and electronic discovery, the
TREAD act and applicable regulations as well as the Hague
Evidence Convention in both English and German languages.
Mr. Rauskolb has been advising manufacturers of a broad range
of technical products regarding on-product warnings as well as
the technical and legal content of owner's and instruction
