Flavia Mascolo is an associate with Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C.
in New York. She is Italian by birth, and was educated in Italy, where she
received her Law Degree from the University of Rome "La Sapienza". She
obtained a Diploma in International Relations and one in European Union Law
from the Italian Society for International Organization (SIOI) in Rome and
earned a masters degree in Corporate Law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of
Law.
Before moving to New York, Flavia had five years of solid professional
formation in a well known law firm in Rome, where she focused her career on
matters related to general corporate law, private and commercial litigation
and arbitration. She is familiar with representing all types of clients,
including individuals, corporations and public institutions, and is now
involved in the business practice of the firm mainly dealing with foreign
corporations establishing a business or a distribution network in the U.S.
Ms. Mascolo is a member of the bar in New York and Italy, and works in the
English, Italian and French languages.
