Bryan Lipsky is an associate in the New York office of Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C. He practices in the firm's litigation and corporate groups. Bryan is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Mr. Lipsky earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2008. At Fordham, he served as the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham Sports Law Forum, while also being an Associate Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal (IPLJ). The Fordham IPLJ published his Note entitled Dealing with the NFL's Concussion Problems of Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow (18 Fordham Intell. Prop. Media & Ent. L.J. 959 (2008)). While at Fordham, he received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, magna cum laude.

Bryan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from Columbia University in 2005. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Jewish History from the Jewish Theological Seminary in 2005.

Outside of work, Bryan likes to dedicate his efforts to helping the community. He is the president and co-founder of a nonprofit called LEB MEDICULS, which raises money for medical charities. He also is a board member of the Columbia/Barnard Hillel Emerging Leaders Alumni Association (ELAA). For his dedication to society, Bryan was awarded a 2009-'10 Shapiro Family Fellowship, a fellowship devoted to creating future leaders of the Jewish community.
