Mr. Carr is an associate with the New York office of
Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C. He practices in the firm’s litigation
group. His experience covers a broad range of personal
injury litigation, commercial litigation and employment law.
Mr. Carr currently concentrates on products liability and
commercial litigation.
Mr. Carr is a graduate of The George Washington University
Law School, where he was a member of The George Washington
Journal of International Law & Economics. Mr. Carr received
his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgetown
University in 1993. He is admitted to practice before the
New York state courts, as well as the United States District
Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Carr is a
member of the New York State Bar Association and American
Bar Association.
