Ari Davis is an associate in the Real Estate group at the
New York office of Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C. His practice
focuses on commercial and residential real estate
development, leasing, and acquisitions in addition to
corporate law.
Ari received his law degree in 2007 from the Benjamin N.
Cardozo School of Law, where he was the Executive Editor of
the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. Ari’s note,
Moving from Mandatory: Making ADR Voluntary in New York
Commercial Division Cases, was published in the Cardozo
Journal of Conflict Resolution (8 CARDOZO J. CONFLICT RESOL.
283 (2006)). He graduated cum laude with a B.A. in
psychology from Yeshiva College in 2004.
Ari is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, in
addition to the United States District Court for the
District of New Jersey.
